Americans Auto Quotes is a marketing and referral website. We are not an insurance company, and we do not underwrite, issue, bind, or sell insurance policies. When you submit a quote request, we and/or our marketing partners — licensed insurance agents, agencies, and carriers — may contact you to discuss auto insurance coverage options. Any resulting policy is issued solely by the participating licensed carrier, subject to that carrier's underwriting guidelines and terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to submit a quote request through the Site. By submitting a request, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. No Guarantee of Coverage or Rates

Any rates, quotes, or coverage examples shown or discussed are estimates only and are not a guarantee of coverage, price, or eligibility. Actual rates and coverage are determined by the participating carrier based on underwriting factors specific to you and your vehicle. Submitting a request does not guarantee that any carrier will offer you a quote or that coverage will be issued.

5. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or someone else's personal information without their authorization;
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Site;
Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality or security; or
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

By submitting the quote request form, you affirmatively consent to being contacted by Americans Auto Quotes and our marketing partners by phone (including autodialed and prerecorded calls), text message, and email at the contact information you provide, for marketing purposes related to auto insurance, even if your number is listed on a Do Not Call registry. Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase. You can revoke consent at any time as described in our Opt-Out Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site are the property of Americans Auto Quotes or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or business practices of any third party. Your interactions with any carrier or marketing partner are solely between you and that party.
