How it works
Withdrawing your consent
When you submitted a quote request, you gave Americans Auto Quotes and our marketing partners consent to contact you about auto insurance by phone, text, and email — even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry. You can revoke that consent at any time, for any reason.
Once we receive your opt-out request, we will:
- Suppress your phone number and email address from future Americans Auto Quotes marketing communications;
- Notify our marketing partners of record so they can honor your request; and
- Process your request within 10 business days, consistent with FTC and TCPA guidance (California residents: see our CCPA Notice for CCPA-specific timelines).
Already spoken with an agent or carrier directly? Because your information may have already been shared with one or more marketing partners before your request, we recommend also contacting that specific agent or carrier to ask them to remove you from their own marketing lists.
