Do Not Call Policy

1. Our Commitment

Americans Auto Quotes is committed to honoring consumers' preferences about whether they wish to be contacted by telephone. This policy describes how we maintain our internal do-not-call list, how it interacts with the National Do Not Call Registry, and how you can ask us — or our marketing partners — to stop calling you.

2. Internal Do-Not-Call List

We maintain an internal do-not-call list of phone numbers belonging to individuals who have asked not to be contacted. Once a number is added to this list, we will not initiate further telemarketing calls to that number, except as permitted by law (for example, to confirm the opt-out itself or where a new, separate consent is later provided by that consumer).

3. National & State DNC Registries

We respect the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state do-not-call lists. However, because Americans Auto Quotes operates on a consent-based model, registration on the National DNC Registry alone does not automatically stop calls related to a quote request you have submitted — see Section 4 below regarding prior express written consent. If you have not submitted a quote request and believe you have received a call from us or a marketing partner in error, please contact us using the information in Section 11.

When you complete the quote request form on championautoquotes.com, you provide prior express written consent for Americans Auto Quotes and our marketing partners to contact you by phone — including via automated dialing systems and prerecorded messages — and by text message, even if your number is listed on the National DNC Registry or a state DNC list. This consent is legally sufficient under the TCPA to permit such contact until you revoke it.

5. How to Request No Further Calls

You may revoke your consent and ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list at any time by:

Submitting a request through our Opt-Out Policy page;
Telling any representative who calls you that you wish to stop receiving calls;
Replying "STOP" to any text message you receive; or
Calling us at (800) 555-0142.

We will honor your request within 10 business days, consistent with Telemarketing Sales Rule requirements.

6. Representative Training

Representatives who contact consumers on our behalf are trained to record do-not-call requests immediately, to identify Americans Auto Quotes (or the relevant marketing partner) at the start of a call, and to honor a consumer's request to end a call at any time.

7. Our Marketing Partners

Because your request may be shared with more than one licensed carrier or agency (see our full Marketing Partners list), a do-not-call request submitted to Americans Auto Quotes will be forwarded to the partners who received your information, but you may also need to contact a specific partner directly if calls continue from them after our internal suppression is complete.

8. Recordkeeping

We retain records of do-not-call requests and consent documentation (including TrustedForm/Jornaya-type certificates, where used) for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with the TCPA and related state laws.

9. Complaints

If you believe you received a call in violation of this policy or applicable law, please contact us at (800) 555-0142 with the date, time, and phone number that called you, and we will investigate.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Do Not Call Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or our practices. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
